I took part in a heat of Landscape Artist of the Year last week in the wildcard section. The heat was held in at Stonehaven harbour just south of Aberdeen. I had a great day, all my fellow contestants and the production crew were very friendly and helpful. I painted in oils, but every other art media was being used around the site from pencil to inks. I ill definitely by applying next year.
